Its that time if the year again; award season. This means that the starlets walk down the red carpet in exquisite gowns by brilliant designers. I must admit that I was taken aback with the striking dresses that the leading ladies wore this year. It felt like old school hollywood glamour was the trend and they all did so with a modern twist.

My top five: Jennifer Lopez in Giambattista Valli, Brie Larson in Calvin Klein Collection, Olivia Wild in Michael Kors, Kirsten Dunst in Valentino Couture and Laverne Cox in Elizabeth Kennedy.
